Q: How do I take care of my leather shoes?

Leather is a natural fabric and it is robust. Over time it will shape to your foot as you wear it, creating not only comfort, but great support. Leather and Lace uses quality leather and therefore, to ensure it stays as beautiful as when you received it, follow these guidelines: • Don’t ever scrub your leather shoes with abrasive materials or liquids. Use a slightly moist rag to gently wipe the surface of the shoe. • It is not advisable to leave your leather shoes outside in direct sunlight, as leather, especially wet leather, will harden and influence the comfort and shape of your shoe. • Always a good idea to invest in some ‘leather food’ product and every now and again, give it a good, but gentle, polish.
