Return Policy

RETURNS / REFUND POLICY

Dsigned Living Spaces (Pty) LTD trading as Leather & Lace, requires 7 business days for returns as per our policy. Conditional to the following:

  • The product is in the same original condition in which the client received it.
  • The shoes are fitted and have not been worn.
  • There should be no damage of any kind to the soles or the shoe itself.
  • The packaging needs to be intact.

Please note the following:
Refunds do not apply to items that have been altered or to custom-made request orders which was done before or after the sale.
Leather & Lace will charge an administration fee of R100 in respect of cancelled orders on non-defected goods returned.
The client will be responsible for the cost incurred associated with shipping the product(s) back to Leather & Lace, plus the R100 administration fee. However, if it is to be found through internal investigation that the goods shipped to client was faulty, Leather & Lace shall carry all cost involved for its replacement.
On receipt and examination of the returned good(s), Leather & Lace will reimburse the client with a VOUCHER of the same amount of the product(s) returned, excluding any applicable charges. Kindly note no cash refunds. Leather & Lace will not reimburse any shipping charges relating to the order being returned.
Refunds are only processed within 7 business days from receipt of returned goods.
Courier costs for client’s account.

How to exchange or return an item:
Send an email to leatherandlace@dsigned.co.za with ‘EXCHANGE OR/AND RETURN’ in the subject line. Providing your QUOTE/INVOICE number, product(s) to be returned or exchanged and the reason for the return.
Once received, Leather & Lace will process and email you a shipping label.
To return goods, print out the shipping label and stick over the original packaging.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Leather & Lace will examine the product(s). Any factory faults will be individually dealt with, as each case might be different.
Feedback to the client will be provided within 7 business days.

Non-refundable/returnable items:
Kindly note, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any item bought on a SALE by Leather & Lace.
  • Custom made shoes (size / specific colour etc).
  • Shoes that has been worn by the client.
